Not only he raised a potential issue that none of the other companies we interviewed caught, he also went above and beyond our original scope of project with not much delay even with bad weather condition. Everyone on the team is very professional, always show up on time with company logos on the shirt so we can recognize them when some new faces shows up. The communication during the design and construction phases was also very effective with great suggestions. Over all we are supper happy with our backyard renovation project.   14 years later, I had these guys do another big job with pavers on my driveway about 150  feet long. they did an amazing job. I can't say enough good things came on time did exactly what they promised and it looks even better than I had hoped.

  We wanted to an entire backyard remodel consisting of a pool install and carving of a hillside. It was a big under taking and West Hills worked so expeditiously day in and day out for months. If there were any unforeseen issues in our project they communicated clearly what our options were to tackle the problem. Come to think of it, they never told me something couldn't be done. They always came with a solution or a way to adjust to make things work. They also responded promptly to all my questions so our project stayed on course. Carlos is an honest, hardworking owner who had fantastic response time. We had no idea how or where to get started on our new home landscaping.  After contacting Carlos, he was great at listening to what we wanted in our backyard and helped us design the backyard from scratch.

He and his team were very communicative about their schedule, listened to exactly what we wanted, and revised their plans throughout the process until we both felt it would be the perfect backyard.

They built out two beautiful patios and the backyard with a gorgeous water feature. There were no surprises along the way.  We are very happy with the results!

The crew members onsite were also always great. Carlos V. was the project manager, and our main point of contact onsite. He was great about answering any questions we had about the project

  We had a great experience with Carlos, Carlos, and the crew.  We had about 2,000 square feet of pavers and a patio cover installed by West Hills.  We are super happy with the project.  Our back yard is incredible now.

The crew started when they said they would, and those guys worked super hard.  I was amazed at the progress they made each day.  The pavers went in very fast.  The side yard drainage issue I had is no more!  That alone was worth a lot to me.

The only hang up was the patio cover.  We had to get a permit, and the city took forever because of limited appointments due to COVID.  Carlos did his best to keep things moving along.  It also took some time to get the materials.  

I think the price was reasonable for all the work that was done.  Carlos checked in regularly, and made sure the job was progressing.  Everyone on the crew was very nice when I went out to check on progress.
